These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and Risero("Risero", "we", "us", or "our"), a sole proprietorship operated by Diaa Elsayedand registered in the United States. By purchasing a license or using the Risero platform, you confirm your acceptance of, and agree to be bound by, these terms and conditions.
This Agreement takes effect on the date on which you first register for or purchase access to the Risero application.
Risero grants users a license—either via free trial, limited-time deal, or paid subscription—that provides access to the features of the Risero platform. This license is designed for marketers, founders, creators, and small businesses looking to grow their reach through AI-powered content distribution. While some licenses may include lifetime access or fixed pricing terms, Risero reserves the right to modify or terminate access if necessary, particularly in cases of abuse, legal risk, or changes to the service model.

Risero does not provide any warranty or guarantee regarding the results you may achieve using the platform. The software is provided "as is," and while we aim to maintain high availability and performance, we are not liable for interruptions, changes, or outcomes outside our control. Our liability is limited to cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence.
Risero disclaims any warranties regarding merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Under no circumstances will Risero be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or business interruption. If Risero is held liable for breach of this agreement, damages are limited to the amount you paid for the service.
"Lifetime access" refers to the operational life of the Risero platform and does not imply lifetime access for the user. Should the platform be sunset, shut down, or materially altered, access may be withdrawn or adjusted accordingly.
Risero helps users adapt and distribute content across online communities, but is not responsible for how users engage with these communities or any actions taken by community moderators or platforms. Users are expected to comply with the terms, rules, and etiquette of each third-party platform where Risero helps post content.
Users must not use Risero for:
Risero is designed to help legitimate content creators and businesses manage their Reddit presence in a compliant and authentic manner. Any use of the platform for engagement manipulation or spam will result in immediate account termination.
Risero reserves the right to update pricing at any time as the platform expands and improves. Current discounts and lifetime deal offers are promotional and may be discontinued at any time. Existing users will be notified of changes that affect their access or pricing.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Risero operates. Your use of the software does not create a partnership, joint venture, employment, or agency relationship with Risero. You agree not to present yourself as a representative or employee of Risero without written consent.
By registering for and using Risero, you consent to the collection and use of your data for operational, informational, and marketing purposes, including updates and product-related announcements. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time by contacting our support or using the unsubscribe option in emails. We comply with applicable data privacy regulations, including GDPR.
